BIRD NESTING

From Horse Stance, bend the right knee; use the right hand to make a ‘bird’ and the left to make a ‘nest’. Weight shift and bend the left knee, straightening the right leg. Shift the nest down and around to the other side, making a bird with that hand and a nest with the other hand. Weight shift the body and change legs, repeat on the second side. This can be repeated three to five times.
